HMRC has published an update to Helpbook 480: Expenses and benefits for 2017.

The document explains the tax law relating to expenses payments and benefits received by directors and employees for current and previous tax years.

Changes this year are minimal, but include the statutory exemption for trivial benefits in kind (BiKs) from 2016, which was not in force at the time the last guidance was written.
