The CTG Board is proposing an amendment to CTG’s Articles of Association to provide greater flexibility in trustee recruitment. The change would allow a minority of trustees to be appointed as independent trustees, while ensuring that charity representatives remain in the majority and continue to control the organisation.
As CTG continues to grow and develop, we expect to recruit additional trustees in the coming months and believe this change will help us bring in a wider range of skills and experience to support CTG’s governance, technical work and long-term development.
